Amazing guests and information

As a kettlebell enthusiast and personal trainer this podcast is absolutely essential listening and the quality of information/ guests that they have on is outstanding. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in fitness, health, strength and kettlebells.

Silveraw ,

Best fitness and Personal Development Podcast of 2021

This is an awesome podcast with great guests and hosts. I’ve been listening since episode 1 and have been fascinated to see them go through the usual kettlebell experts who then recommended other people to be on the podcast who then recommend others. Until you end up with martial arts masters talking about flow. World record holding powerlifters talking about how crazy and wild weightlifting used to be when it started (seriously, Jamie Lewis is a national treasure). To Strongman ranging from amateur champs to all around lifting champs. To guys using training as a form of reconnecting with your body and mindfulness therapy.

You even get to pick up stuff that I’m not even sure the guests realized. Like all the kettlebell guys that are super jacked tend to do a lot more volume without real’s episode because I didn’ about how he used Pavel’s workouts as his warmup. Then he would do his workout. Then he would do another workout later in the day. No wonder he is one of the biggest kettlebell guys around!

You get exposed to ideas and viewpoints that you wouldn’t otherwise see if you stick to the same old podcasts with the same old guests talking about the same old ideas. Mike and Chris seem to be able to get awesome people from all over to come and share their ideas.

The only bad part is that they put these out at such a high pace it is impossible to keep up. I know I almost missed Sifu's episode because I didn't know who he was, or what he was about. But thankfully they mentioned his episode being so awesome that I went back and caught it.

Seriously, my dog is getting tired from all the walks and runs we're doing trying to keep up with these. It is a great problem to have.

Favorite podcast

This podcast is amazing. I have expanded my knowledge and view of strength/life by leaps and bounds just from listening to this podcast whenever I get a chance. I have and am applying things daily to my training directly from the guests and hosts of the show. The hosts Chris and Mike are very humble and intelligent guys. They crank out new content almost daily and have some of the top names in the fitness/ health world as guests. Can’t recommend this podcast enough!
