This is great!!!

I listed to the third and fourth episodes while working in the garden today. WOW, it is really fabulous! I had no idea what to expect and I was blown away! You are both so polished and expert. You interact really really nicely (not so easy to do). You sound like you've been making podcasts forever. Had I not known that these were only episodes 3 and 4, I owuld have expect it to be episodes 30 and 40! And the content was so, so different from the corporate world I experienced long ago - which is why I have been a consultant all these years. I am NOT a corporate person. I hated the hierarchy, the lack of humanity, the paternalism, the glass ceilings at the corporations I worked for and with. I hated the game. Despised it. Wish there were people like you way back then, and I'm so pleased that there are now. Congrats and keep up the good work. People everywhere need your messages !!!
