About Quin: Quin Bond is the Director of Measurement and Evaluation Services at New Jersey Ergonomics. Quin is a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist. He has over 25 years of experience in human movement and performance analysis in both research and private industry. He has performed ergonomic assessments in more than 26 unique working environments for more than 50 unique job titles. Quin helped to develop a motion capture based Functional Capacity Evaluation tool that was used for more than 2800 return to work FCEs and used for over 900 baseline
mini-FCEs for post-offer pre-employment physical abilities tests. Quin has developed post-offer testing protocols for organizations that he works with that continue to help reduce the risk of injuries to new hires for clients in private industry and for municipal, county, and state governments.
