Great balance of information-not annoying

Some podcasts claim to be all about relaxation calming the mind etc. and the minute I turn them on I start to cringe because I find them so annoying and distracting. I was pleasantly surprised by this podcast and the demeanor of the host is excellent. I really like it and I think she's doing a great job. Congratulations on a lovely podcast.
