Who doesn't like lists?!?
Never too early to start a year-end "best-of" list.
My only problem with this podcast is that I can't interrupt the show to interject my own opinions! :)
But seriously, I've heard about a lot of new things that I've gotten to check out because of this podcast. It's great.
Keeps the magic alive
This is a podcast that keeps the magic of year-end best-of lists alive all year long. If you're unfamiliar, CaPC features a "top 25 whatevers" list at the end of every year, featuring the year's best in film, fiction, music, etc.; this podcast is where the sausage is made. You get to hear the site's various contributors haggle over which item will make it in each week. It can be a little strange for the uninitiated, but once you get into the swing of things, it's fun. (As you might expect, though, it's less fun if you're unfamiliar with the things they're discussing that week.)
One of my favorite shows. I've learned about so many movies, shows, books, etc. because of it and it's always entertaining to listen to the guests argue for their nominations. So enjoyable!
