Great way to learn about the leaders within CAT!

As a Caterpillar employee, I really enjoy listening to this podcast! It’s a great way to be introduced to the different leaders throughout the organization. This is a great platform to learn about their background, and gain insight regarding their groups current initiatives. Each podcast has had great advice for employees as well. Keep up the good work!

Interesting but very hard to hear

Interesting but could hardly hear the conversation with volume all the way up using good headset.

Producer needs to check recording setting as other podcasts don't have same problem.

Poor production quality

This has the potential to be a solid podcast. Very intriguing to get an inside glimpse on the mental model of CAT leaders. But for a company founded on quality, the production value is junk. Hard to hear, even when cranking up the volume.
