My Favorite Voice
I first came across Val about 5??? Years ago, when she became the new evening radio personality for our local country radio station. It was so bizarre how I instantly connected with her over the radio. She was real, funny and actually cared about her listeners. When she announces she was leaving, it felt like a break up! When I stumbled across her ‘Val in Vogue’ Instagram, it was like I had found an old friend. Listening to her voice again and watching her share her journey, support others through theirs reminds me once again why she’s my favorite voice.
A Must Listen for Mental Health Insights
I met Val 10 years (Dreamers for life!) and she’s always spoken her truth and been unapologetically herself. Following her journey from radio to lifestyle blogging to the medical field and now back to the mic, she has a wealth of knowledge about mental health and a true gift for communicating with others! This podcast is a great message of truth and opens the conversation to educate yourself on your surroundings and check in with emotions in your daily life.
