    When I was researching Christian Minimalism, I happened upon Pastor Becca Ehrlich’s blog about her transformation from shop-a-holic to minimalist. What started as inspiration from a documentary led to a deeper spiritual journey about what it means to be a Christian Minimalist and, specifically, about the simple way Jesus led his life.

    After years of being addicted to shopping, she has since simplified her life in so many ways and likes to challenge herself with regular anti-shopping challenges, hence, The 100 Day Dress Challenge.

Exactly what I’ve been looking for

It’s so great to hear nutritional advice from someone who puts God even above health. As someone who pursues both, it’s hard to find solid ground that doesn’t elevate diet and wellness tips to a level of salvation. Really enjoy listening— educational, good sound quality, and refreshing.

I’ve been listening to Chelsea since she started her podcast - she is super fun and interesting to listen to. I’ve learned so much about my health and nutrition. I love how much she loves Jesus and always reminds us why we are supposed to be taking good care of our bodies.
