The Cinema Psychos Show Brian Cottington

This week, we are a little bit late to the party on this film, but we had to do an episode on Leprechaun 3 last week in honor of St. Patrick's Day.  That aside, we are talking about the newest entry into the long running Rocky Cinematic Universe, CREED III.  The third outing of Michael B. Jordan's Adonis Creed as he fights for his legacy against the physical embodiment of his past in Johnathan Major's, "Diamond" Damian Anderson.  This film marks Michael B. Jordan's directorial debut and based on the strength of this movie, we can't wait to see more.  However, this film marks the first time that Sylvester Stallone's, Rocky, remains absent from the outing against the back drop of Hollywood infighting between Rocky Producer, Irwin Winkler and himself over the direction and rights to the franchise.  But does this film even need Rocky?  Tune in to find out.

This week, we are joined by Mark Cantu (Massacre Academy), the Director of the upcoming indie horror flick, WOLF HOLLOW to review one of the weirdest and most hilarious awesomely bad films that we've ever had the pleasure to view.  We are talking about the 2014 cult classic, WOLFCOP!  A movie that maybe like us you skipped past on streaming.  But let me tell you, this movie is amazing.  It has one of the most "memorable" werewolf transformations in film history and is chock full of over the practical special effects that warms my heart.

Is the MCU dead? In this episode, Brian and John discuss the mixed reception of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and explore whether this signals the decline of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. we unpack it all!  The good (yes there is some), the bad, and the ugly.  Spoilers abound, but we try to answer some of the biggest questions associated with this movie.  Such as whether or not audience expectations, Evangeline Lilly's vaccine comments, and just overall super hero fatigue are responsible for making this movie one of the lowest rated Marvel films on Rotten Tomatoes.

Oh boy oh boy do we have an episode for you all.  This week we are joined by two amazing guests.  Filmmakers, Producers, Podcasters, and all around hilarious guys cut from the very same cloth as your's truly...Alex Keledjian and Ryan Gibson of the fellow film podcast, How I Got Greenlit.  
Alex Keledjian is the creator of Project Greenlight, a documentary television series where executive producers Matt Damon and Ben Affleck gave first-time filmmakers a chance to direct their first feature film. In 2018, Alex wrote and directed the film High Voltage starring David Arquette and Luke Wilson.
Ryan Gibson (on the right) is an Emmy-award-winning producer of such films as the critically acclaimed God's Country, Woe and the upcoming film Slotherhouse. He has worked for over twenty years in all aspects of film development and production.
Alex and Ryan share their experiences working within the film industry as Producers along with providing their points of view on everything from the majesty of b movies, their love of Gerard Butler films, and the state of hollywood from an indie filmmaker's persective.
