    On Episode 82, Sam and Jack start the pod with a very emotional discussion for this years White Sox team, how the playoff series vs. Houston went, how they can bounceback for the near future and what type of moves need to be made (if any) going into next season. The guys transition to this week's Bears/Packers matchup in Soldiers Field, how the Bears might find some success against Aaron Rodgers this week and how this team is exceeding all of our expectations up to this point. They finish up the episode with talking briefly about the Blackhawks and then wrapping up with Iowa/Penn State talk, including discussing the ongoing debate for Penn State purposely acting injured on the field and how Iowa's chances to make the CFP have reached a fever pitch.

Doug wraps the show up by talking about some of his most rewarding interviews and moments of his career, including interviewing Magic Johnson, Kobe Bryant, meeting Chris Berman and Stuart Scott for the first time or covering Guantanamo Bay.
