Episode 44 - 5 Ways to Look After Your Mental Health Whilst Working From Home

Did you know that 80% of Brits feel that working from home has negatively impacted their mental health?⠀

As someone who has seriously struggled with working from home since day one this really doesn't surprise me but what does surprise me is how the psychological side of working from home isn't often spoken about or prioritised.⠀

It's something that I wasn't prepared for before I took the leap and went self-employed which is why I'm now so keen to support those finding the transition into working from home tough.⠀

In this episode I'm sharing my 5 tips to help you look after and prioritise your mental health whilst working from home.

If you found this episode useful and want to find out how to create a happier and healthier working from home routine, I chatted about all of these points and SO much more in the workshop I teamed up with Mental Health and Wellbeing Specialist, Amy Sixsmith to deliver.
