Coach Jenny always does a great job of clearly explaining, not only the how-tos, but the whys of training. Just listened to the 7 most common long run mistakes. Practical and doable. Would like to see her address training for the older runner.

Best Heathy Podcast

I have done my best to sponge in all of Coach Jenny’s knowledge. She knows running and promotes listening to your body. I’ve listened to quite a few shows twice! She asks smart and relevant questions to the people she interviews in a relaxed way which makes this a great podcast. My only compliant is wanting More Podcasts.
