Fantastic 2023 Kick Off Podcast

Mike Bayer’s “The Grieving Process with David Kessler” should be heard by all!
Everyone will be impacted by a loss of some kind and this podcast addresses this inevitable pain and provides the listener with hope!
Their conversation is both comprehensive and dynamic in range, as it covers Kessler’s fascinating personal journey in becoming a grief expert to examining the stages of grief as well as, resources for coping with it. Their friendly warm tone normalizes the experience and can provide comfort within this most difficult subject.
So very grateful, thank you both so very much!

The Coach Mike Podcast

I must say this podcast from Coach Mike Bayer was very heartfelt for me. David Kessler talking about grief, and a human's stages of death and dying. My undersating is a human dying only goes through stages of 'death and dying'. Loved ones left behind have emotions, feelings and thoughts of seeing a loved one passing away and there are no stages. Stages of death and dying are only for ones who are dying. All I know is with grief seeing a loved one pass away ther are no stages. Only having emotions, and thoughts. You may feelings of shock, denial, sadness, depression, or and anger. It was good to hear Kessler's perspective on the stages of a human's 'death and dying', and the ones experiencing a loved one passing away. Still there are no stages of greif seeing someone pass away. There are only emotions, thoughts and feelings. Stages are for humans dying. Feelings of anger I cannot relate to when it comes to having feelings of sadness with a loved one passing away. Why would a human have anger with a loved one passing away?! Love this podcast however, Must disagree with Kessler if he thinks there are stages for humans losing a loved one dying and dead.
