Favorite Comic Podcast
Chris and Paul are two of my favorite people to listen to when it comes to comics. Paul leans more Marvel while Chris is a little more DC so the show gets a good balance of stuff from both universes, which I appreciate. Most importantly they are both knowledgeable and passionate and it comes out in the show!
The best at what they do...
I’ve been following Paul and Chris for almost 10 years, now. From Star Wars to comic book video game adaptations the podcasts they’re involved in never cease to meet a level of excellence. The Comics Binge is a phenomenal dive into works you rarely hear in discussions. Both hosts have a knowledge and passion for the subject (nothing new there) that surpasses a lot of other comic book podcasts. There’s no notes of cynicism, vitriol or disdain. It’s just love for the comic book medium and that’s what makes them the best at what they do.
Binge but no purge!
Comics fans hold on to everything. But we rarely go back to most of it. Now that subscription services are making it a bit easier to pull a random issue from the cloud, revisiting a run is a cakewalk. No box digging necessary. And you can read along with the super knowledgeable Chris Clow and hyper awesome Paul Hermann. I am excited for where this show goes.
