The official podcast of the TinCan Tavern Fantasy Football League. The Commissioner's Desk Podcast is a weekly recap of all 4 fantasy football divisions recorded live in the TinCan Tavern. Commissioner Chris Bettencourt and his co-hosts Matt Lincoln and Chace Jabotte attempt a comical review of the past week, conduct interviews of the Tavern's many managers, give you their upcoming Match-ups of the Week, and take phone calls. In the off-season, the show goes off the rails and gives you a look into the twisted minds of the characters in this league.

S3 Week 9 - Minnesota Mux
I'm going to be honest. This week's episode is mailed in. Chace and I are not feeling fantasy football at this point in the season. With both our teams struggling, we recap all that was week 9. We also sneak in occasional personal tirades as we so often do. It's a little unhinged. Maybe in a good way? Also Mux lived in Minnesota with Brock Lesnar for a little bit.

It's the day after Halloween! We discuss last night's festivities and our weekends. Chace and I start recapping the week, but get sidetracked by golf talk. Back on course (get it? course? Like gold course?) we continue recapping each division. We end with our match-ups of the week.

Chace is back from his short trip to Florida where he may or may not have destroyed Mickey and Minnie Mouse's 95 year relationship. We first discuss early 2000's pop music. After that I talk about my favorite Halloween tradition, watching The American Scream. Eventually we talk football and recap the week in the TCT with a special guest phone call from Matt Lincoln. The show is on a roll and you don't want to miss this one.

S3 Week 5 - A Call to Action
Chace is in Florida so Nick Downey is in the tavern to fill in. We discuss the big announcement I teased last week and a call to action is made. We then play a fan favorite game of "Is It You?" between Nick and his rival Anthony Caton. After that we finally get into football and recap this week in the TCTFFL. Spoiler Alert: I saw zero football this weekend. This episode is jam packed with content, don't miss it.

Love the Show
Love the show Chris, and I must say I didn’t think it was possible for your co host’s voice to be any more annoying, but him having a cold did the trick, if only it came with laryngitis too.
I really enjoy the change of pace that comes when you take calls, especially when the show comes to a screeching halt when Matt Sobral calls in, so far the best segment with him involved was when you didn’t pick up on him.
Otherwise great job and give the people what they want, more Skip Bettencourt, his calls are some of the best and happiest parts of the show.
