I can’t get enough!

Sarah Mae is the real deal! I love your podcasts. They are truthful and insightful. I started following you on Instagram and now I listen to your podcasts, I can’t get enough. The subjects you talk about are eye opening and for once I feel like wow, I’m not the only one who feels this way or has gone through this. I thank you thank you thank you for being so genuine, honest and encouraging!

Bring on the healing!!

I came across Sarah Mae’s podcast after listening to her interview with Annie Downs. I am very certain it was not by chance. This season of life for me is a challenging one as I am walking through healing from past hurts and addressing the unhealthy ways I adapted from neglect. Anyone else familiar with “Survival Mode”??? Sarah Mae’s vulnerability and honesty in that interview comforted me and validated my thoughts. From that interview I sought out her podcast and her book, The Complicated Heart. Her freedom in sharing her journey and her desire to help others walk into their healing is genuine and Christ-centered. The way she has laid that out in her book and on her podcast are so relatable and wonderfully set up I’m so grateful to have found women like Sarah Mae and Annie Downs and Jennie Allen who are offering the stories from their own lives and the Christ-Centered resources that have helped them along the road of healing. I look forward to hearing more from Sarah Mae and from the guests she invites on her podcast.

Thank you for defining what I’ve been through

I knew something was wrong in a past relationship but I never had a name to go with it. Now I know and understand I was being gas lit. Thank you for helping me understand and work through the trauma!
