Wow wow wow

Okay, so I first heard of Sarah through another podcast, Jesus over everything and I loved the way she talked on this episode so I had to go check her out!
The episode that hit me like a brick wall was the episode on gaslighting. And I have never ever heard that term before! But as I am listening to her podcast and reflecting on all of the stuff and the baggage that I have went through and endured in my life it makes total sense as to why I am the way I am! Thank you so much for doing this podcast and for opening up my eyes and for hopefully being able to unpack and start having healthier relationships with the people in my life!

A Must Listen!

I love the raw honesty of this podcast. It is so refreshing to actually hear somebody discuss the hard complicated things. Not only do they direct you to God but they provide real life examples to help you! Love!

Best explanation ever!

Thank you! Thank you Thank you! Finally an explanation for my story of my 22 year marriage. I will be sharing this with my daughter, counselor and friends. I’ve heard this term many times in relation to narcissistic behavior, however it is more focused on their behaviors rather than the feelings a person on the receiving end feels. It explained my feelings in a way that I now have something to work with and work on in me to finally find some healing. Bless you for sharing and explaining this. Praying this also helps my 16 year old daughter process her feelings with her alcoholic Dad. Just bought the book and can hardly wait for the next podcast on this topic.
