    7. Intermissions: Anti-Perfectionism

One of the most crippling illusions is the need for perfectionism.  It’s sneaky and creeps in in all kinds of ways without us even looking!  Entrepreneurship is not for the faint of heart and after 15 years of it I realized as I was driving just how divine our lives work out when we look back in hindsight.  I share some insights as to my own self reflection on the life I have chosen and how we are incredibly lucky to be living in a world where we get to choose!

    5. Activate Your Bravery Before Your Back Is Against A Wall With Jess Garay

    5. Activate Your Bravery Before Your Back Is Against A Wall With Jess Garay

In this episode with Jess Garay — a  women’s empowerment coach — we look at:

*how bravery can be activated BEFORE you’re in a place of despair or your backs against the wall.

*Sometimes the way we start something isn’t the final destination and permission to pivot along our journey.

*How choosing bravery can unlock the magic of living.

*Why sometimes we think we ‘should’ be further along, but how that ultimately ends up more suffering.

*Realizing entrepreneurship doesn’t have to be an either or.. you don’t have to choose a 9-5 job OR entrepreneurship — it can be both!

    And so much more!

Worth Your Time

The top performers in the world still have coaches. Why? Because it only takes one idea, suggestion, or observation to create a positive impact. And no matter how small, those changes and habits are the path to positive momentum and success. I’d challenge anyone who thinks life coaches don’t do anything or can’t help them to spend an afternoon talking to Keri. If you can’t make that happen, this is the next best thing, as her style and ability to connect will have you feeling like you are right there. If you learn one thing, are inspired in any way, or get encouraged into a new way of thought if only for a day then it was time well spent.
