Great for young professionals in the construction industry!

I love listening to these conversations. Very insightful and useful information for young men and women (like myself) starting a career in the construction industry. I am always interested in hearing from successful individuals in this industry, especially because I don’t have a designated “mentor”. I also love that some of the guests on here are women, because it is especially hard to find female mentors that can better understand what it is like being a young woman on a job site. This is one of my favorite podcasts right now!
