A must listen for construction business owners

I took over my dad’s residential concrete business in 2009 and my first week in business one of my daughters died from a heart defect. Trying to start a business and dealing with that along with the 08 -09 economy and knowing nothing about the business side of running a business made for a pretty tough go for a long time. Cash flow struggles, debt, employee issues… The list goes on. I love hearing everybody’s stories on here. We all have them and we have all been through it. I am happy to say that after almost losing the business to too much debt things have done a complete 360 and the future could not be any brighter for this company. This podcast is amazing and has helped me a ton! Thanks Todd!
