To Friend at Work or to Not
Great chemistry and juicy topics that you all pull. Had the opportunity to meet Keisha at Podcast Movement in Philly. Just as bubbly in person as on the podcast. Enjoying the content, keep it up ladies!

Mental Health
I really enjoyed this week’s episode about mental health. Being a minority and a woman in the educational workplace there are so many micro aggressions that I deal with on a day to day. We need to continue speaking about mental health and it’s importance as we see with the death of Kate Spade. Her “death” may have come long before today. Being healthy mentally, spiritually, physically, is truly an inside job that has to be continuously pursued.
Hair Bias at Work
