Great podcast, every episode is worth listening to
I've been binge listening to this podcast since discovering it last week. I've already listened to 20 episodes (the most recent 5 and the first 15). Matt is a great interviewer, he knows how to listen rather than jumping in to try to show off his knowledge. Tons of great actionable real estate advice in this podcast.
Overall this podcast has more information for beginning investors than most. I love how Matt gets the starting story even from the folks that are 500+ units already.
So far I am at 13 doors in two years and hoping to add 12 more next year. Listening to many of the stories of W2 workers making it work and being able to quit their jobs is great validation that I'm headed in the right direction.
Great podcast for corporate warriors
Matt has great guests and gives solid, actionable content for those looking for the exit sign in corporate America.

The great advice they provide, combined with the relatable way in which they deliver it had me hooked from the very first listen. Thanks for putting out such a stellar show Matt - keep up the great work!
