Good Fit for Just About Anyone

I love these short and focused approaches to dealing with stress, managing ambiguity, and improving daily mental health. One of the first things I listen to in the morning to start the day on a good note!

Bite sized help for anxious creatives!

Sam -- thanks for reaching out and inviting me to participate in joining your podcast. You know from experience that high pressure workplaces aren't very conducive to creativity, and we have battled on the same battlefield. I'm enjoying your snippets of common sense ways for viewing and dealing with situations that might be stressful. It couldn't have come at a better time. It's good to see you reaching out to help others in this way, and I'm proud to be a listener!

Practical, Helpful Information

Samantha has very helpful and practical information to share. I enjoyed listening as another CBT therapist in a relatively new part time private practice.
