Great resource for CATs in private practice!

There are not many resources in this world specifically geared towards creative arts therapists in private practice, so this is a great one. Episodes tackle things like practice building, marketing, doing other aspects of practice besides individual therapy (eg supervision, consulting, etc), as well as working with certain populations. I appreciate that Reina interviews CATs of various backgrounds.

Dr. Adina Silvestri ,

The Creative Psychotherapist Delight

Reina brings a calm, heart-centered approach to her interview style that makes it easy to listen to. And I love learning how other therapists are creatively contributing to their communities. Very inspirational and a delight to listen to!!

Safe to be creative

Creativity was a word I always shrunk from. Listening to Reina’s podcast has opened up a new understanding about what creativity can mean in practice- I realize I’ve always been creative (!) but haven’t honored that part of myself by seeing it for what it is. I super appreciate this podcast!
