How To Naturally Lift Your Face | Olivia Szmidt founder of GET FACE FIT

Did you know that skin is the largest organ of our body?

In today's podcast, I speak with Olivia Szmidt about skin and non-invasive procedures that can naturally lift your face.
Olivia Szmidt is the founder of GET FACE FIT, a platform that promotes non-invasive beauty through face yoga and various face lifting techniques that aim to tone, lift, and sculpt your face naturally. She also created her FaceSculpt Method methodology, which incorporates Japanese face lifting techniques combined with lymphatic drainage.

After leaving her corporate finance job in 2017 feeling completely burned out, stressed, and lost, she decided to completely turn her life around and embark on a transformative holistic wellness journey, not knowing it would change her life forever.

    We speak about:
    - her morning routine
    - how our choices can impact our skin quality
    - non-invasive method that can lift our face
    - what is Gue Sha, and how can we use it

3 Simple Ways to Relieve Stress and Anxiety | Anil Chandwani, Founder of The Reset Code

3 Simple Ways to Relieve Stress and Anxiety | Anil Chandwani, Founder of The Reset Code

    Are you a curious person?
Well, I think that this new Podcast episode will bring you even more curiosity in your life.

The mind lives in the past and the future. But the body is always in the present; the body is always there. So, the first technic to release stress and heal anxiety is to be curious. You ask yourself with curiosity, what exactly am I feeling? Why am I feeling this way? What is happening?
For example, when you sleep and think there is a monster under your bed, turn on the light and get curious. Check to see if there is a monster under the bed. Then, if there is no monster under your bed, why am I feeling like this? This is just one example I learned after my conversation with the fantastic Anil.

Anil Chandwani is the founder of the reset code, a process focused on individual wellness, health, success, and fulfillment.

For almost 20 years, Anil has helped men, women, leaders, and celebrities worldwide grow in mental clarity and decision-making,  relational communication, emotional and creative expressions, and life purpose.

Are you still curious about more? Then see below more important topics that I touched on during my conversation with Anil.

    - What is anxiety?
    - What is the difference between panic attacks and anxiety attacks?
    - How can I treat anxiety?
    - Do I need a doctor, or can I do it alone? (Pills topic).

Three ways to reduce anxiety practical exercise takeaways.

I am opening a conversation with you, and it will mean the world to me if you share with friends and family that you think this topic can help. Only together as a county can we make a change around us.

Do you want to live the life of your dreams?

Hey Podcast Community, Crina Okumus here. I am so excited to share a major announcement with you.

For some of you, Omnes. life is something you're familiar with. But, for those who are new here, Omnes is a nonprofit platform created together with a beautiful group of people that brings people together every day to experience connectedness through daily meditations guided by impressive teachers from around the world.

So far, the feedback has been just fantastic. In just three months, we went from a small group of people to more than 4000 from all corners of the globe. But this is not just about numbers - these are real people who connect every day on a very deep level.

So what I want to tell you is that you are not alone. We all have traumas and pain, but we can heal together. That's what Omnes was about. Bringing people together and overcoming our suffering through the power of connectedness. That's how we all get back in touch with the source of what we are.

Do you want to live the life of your dreams? Then you need to listen to one of our favorites from the Omnes days, a beautiful meditation by Justin Michael Wiliams - author, speaker, and recording artist. You can follow him here.

In today's show, I'm speaking with Neka Pasquale - entrepreneur, acupuncturist, herbalist, author, and founder of Urban Remedy, a company specializing in certified organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegan products.

Neka never planned to start a global fresh food sensation. Instead, she found that helping her clients adapt to a healthier diet quickly led to massive improvements in their health and empowered them in the face of illness.

When Neka founded Urban Remedy, she was a single mother with little to no financial resources. My Healing Journey | Crina Okumus, Podcast Host

My Healing Journey | Crina Okumus, Podcast Host

After interviewing more than 30 people as part of the first season, I decided to turn the table and look into my vulnerability to share my personal healing journey with all of you.

My friend, coach, and former radio host Lea couldn’t have been a better interviewer. She knows how to align mind and body as she regularly trains her spirit, which helps her being a successful athlete. She trains me for Thai boxing every Thursday morning and challenges me with many mindful topics. Unfortunately, her life experiences wouldn’t fit in a book. So instead, I encourage you to follow her on Instagram to learn more about her inspiring life and personality.

This episode is about me, but I’m never comfortable being the center of attention. So telling my story, sitting on the How Can I Heal podcast chair is a way to express my gratitude toward this project and help you understand it better.

As a way to introduce myself very quickly, here it is: I’m Crina, a Romanian born in Bucharest, but who’s moved around Europe and America for more than 12 years.

    Today, I’ll talk about:
    • Why this Podcast?
    • My Healing Journey: How It Started, and How It’s Going.
    • The Lessons from Motherhood and Having a Daughter
    • My Key Takeaways from My Two Favorite Episodes So Far from the Podcast
    • My Vision Behind How Can I Heal?
    • My Future Projects
    • What’s Life Taught Me So Far.

So please join me on an honest discussion that I hope will inspire you as much as my previous guests have inspired me.

You can now watch it on YouTube or listen to it on all regular platforms like Apple Podcasts or Spotify.

Please share your feedback, and don't forget to subscribe.
