Are you afraid to market your coaching or consulting business because you feel that everything that you’ve been taught was manipulative and unethical marketing coaching strategies?
Have you been paid to be in a coaching program that promised to get you to 10k a month but it just didn’t work for you?
Are you ready to choose HOW you show up for your audience despite everyone telling you to do it in a certain way that doesn’t feel in alignment with your business values?

Coaches and consultants know the importance of deeply connecting with prospects, showing up in an authentic and joyful way, and inviting them to become life-long customers to exceed sales goals.
But many coaches struggle to market and sell their services because they’ve been taught to use cookie-cutter marketing tactics and unethical sales approaches when what your prospect really wants is an emotional connection and real results.
Therefore get ready to “unlearn” and market yourself authentically through asking insightful questions, making better business decisions, practicing self-acceptance, and doing sales the right way.

In this podcast, you’ll find the tools and resources to grow your coaching or consulting business in a way that doesn’t feel like you’re “screaming out” in your marketing and sales calls.
Each week I’m going to take you behind the curtain to share tools, strategies, and tactics for creating an aligned and authentic coaching business.
My mission is to empower and equip you to find YOUR voice in marketing, use ethics in sales to make an impact, and change your clients’ lives using a human-centric approach to grow your business.

    266: Embracing New Opportunities

Welcome to the final episode of the Critically Conscious Coach Podcast.

I've made the decision to let the podcast and the topics it covers rest. I've gotten some great audiobook narration opportunities and I'm happy to generate an income doing something that I love.

While I've loved creating this podcast, at this time, I can't seem to generate a reliable income from it to help support my family financially.

If you have any questions about the podcast and its topics, feel free to send me a message. Thank you for all your support!

265: Never Use False Exclusivity and Scarcity

“Only 2 days left to get this course!”
“Only 2 seats left in my program!”

These are examples of false scarcity and false exclusivity, and we’re going to talk about why you should avoid this in your business.

False exclusivity is when a coach, consultant, or business owner makes it seem as if only certain people or a certain number of people can buy their services.

263: Why You Shouldn't Be "Overcoming" Objections

263: Why You Shouldn't Be "Overcoming" Objections

    Listen up.

“Objections just mean they don’t want it enough.”
“Objections mean they don’t trust you enough.”
“Objections are where the real selling begins.”
All of those may be true, and none of them may be true. But I TRULY think that we need to let go of overcoming objections in coaching and consulting sales conversations. In this episode, we’re going to talk more specifically about the idea of overcoming objections in coaching and consulting sales.

Ruthie brings that 🔥🔥🔥

Ruthie brings topics to light that people don’t like to talk about in the entrepreneurial world. She’s a straight shooter and says things we as entrepreneurs need to hear, even if we don’t want to hear them. It’s refreshing to listen to a voice that isn’t afraid to dive into these topics and share her vulnerabilities she’s encountered along her journey!
