Just the same old talking points.

Just the same old talking points used by the left to justify the enslavement of the Cuban people in the name of a Communist ideology as they laugh all the way to Swiss banks to deposit the billions earned on the backs of the 11 plus million slaves.
The misery of the Cuban people is not from embargo as Cuba can trade with just about any country in the world.
The misery of the Cuban people comes from those running the government that steal from their own people to enrich themselves.
At the same time enslaving the population is by controlling its food supply. If you cooperate you get food it’s as easy as that. We are seen this right now happening in Venezuela and immensely rich country at one time.
The agrarian reform that took place in Cuba after the revolution was not essentially a “redistribution of wealth” as the left likes to call it. It was a land grab by those in power and no it was NOT given to small farmers. It became huge government owned cooperatives.
The vast majority of farmers were moved out of their farms to nearby towns.
This basically had a double purpose
the government was now owner of all the land were Cubans were pretty much forced to work for close to nothing a lot of the time it was also called voluntary work and you just didn’t get paid. High school students had to go do this voluntary work on Saturdays and “voluntary” was just like the voluntary taxes we pay in the USA
The FREE education was not free as college education was paid for with the voluntary work that done in the sugar cane fields or Coffee plantations in the Sierra Mountains
Prostitution as one of the reasons for a revolution what a joke. Shouldn’t it be legalized anyways? Plus there is 100 times more now anyways.
I can go on and on but basically if you are looking to find accurate unbiased information on Cuba you are not going to get it in this podcast.
