    After working within youth work, the police, criminal justice and within clinical settings such as Hospitals and GP surgeries Matt Andrews put his skills to producing a unique system of working with those in sport to build confidence, self belief, to deal with nerves and to set and achieve their ambitions and goals. This has included helping those at the top of their sport to win the biggest of tournaments such as Snooker's very own Ronnie O’Sullivan.

    Jason Davenhill is a former Athlete, Royal Marine Commando and Military Chinook Helicopter Instructor. He has used all his experience in these disciplines and as an instructor and has become a student of how the mind works. He is now an expert in the field and, as head performance coach in his company ‘Inflow Performance’, he helps us to understand and control our emotions when at the snooker table.

    Did you know that you can play in professional snooker tournaments even if you aren’t a professional?

    If you want to find out how, listen to this week’s episode where Rob Reed talks to Ash Hugill, an up and coming professional snooker player.  Ash gives away the secret of breaking into the professional tournaments early on in your snooker career and gives his unique insight into setting goals. Short term goals are a focus for Ash.

    Ash qualified through Cue School for a two year tour card and the 2018/2019 season is the last year of this two year tour card.  He is fighting to get into the top 64 snooker players to retain his place on the professional tour.  Rob spoke to Ash at the 2018 UK Championships in York.

    Ash Hugill is a professional snooker player who qualified for the World Snooker Tour after successfully negotiating Q School in his fourth year of trying in 2017. The York potter won six matches to obtain a two year tour card and defeated William Lemons 4-2 in the final round.
