Brendan Rogers is off to a great start with his initial collection of Podcasts from "The Culture of Things". I have enjoyed all of his interviews primarily because he has such an easy going, conversational style of asking questions and letting his guest run with it. This brings about authentic responses that are engaging and relevant to the audience. To date I have especially enjoyed his two part series with author and consultant Martin West and surfer turned entrepreneur Scotty Schindler, both of which focused on so much more than being a great leader. I wholeheartedly recommend that you check out The Culture of Things and see what makes Brendan and his guests worth the time invested.
