We are first joined by one of our own team members Katie, to talk about her experience prior to Arcamed when she was working for a publicly owned company. Later we hear from Jeff Smulyan who took his radio company public, and we learn what it takes to keep a strong culture when taking a company public.

Steve gives us great insight into how his family has handled balancing family and business.
