sleep deprived listener ,

Awesome podcast!

This is a great source of information. As a practicing internist for 30 years, I find this information to be very clinically relevant and yes, at times practice changing I’m using a lot more coronary CT calcium scores with the seeing is believing attitude and tried the hum test and put my tuning fork aside after the episode on hearing loss.

WinniePruh ,

Bring back the OGs!

I used to listen to every single episode (sometimes multiple times - as the hyponatremia one with Dr Toefl) and even went to the live episode at the 2019 ACP meeting. Love the OG hosts, they are so much fun! Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the new hosts and they annoy me so much every time (rarely) I listen to an episode. They are just not fun at all (sorry) and have a bit of a condescending tone. Also, lots of adds and content for early learners (students?). Unfollowing for now but will forever love the early episodes.

amelucia ,

The new hosts

I agree with previous reviews that the joy of the beginning episodes is obscured by the new hosts incapacity to trigger my interest. They just don’t have it ! If Matt and Paul are not there , I dont even bother . And,
It has turned WAY too comercial . . Paul and Matt, thank you for puns and years of learning and reviewing the beauty of medicine . No more curbsiders for me for now .
