    G v G (No 2) [2020] NSWSC 818 : The making of a BDBN in your Superannuation - Part 2

In this episode I review the case of G v G (No 2) [2020] NSWSC 818 which was handed down by Lindsay, J in the Supreme Court and is relevant for the jurisdiction of New South Wales.
This is a follow on from the Queensland case of Narumon Pty Ltd [2018] QSC 185.
This podcast is of a later case and examines an application to the Court of whether the NSW Trustee has the power to authorise the plaintiffs to invest the protected person's estate in a regulated superannuation fund.
Can a regulated superannuation fund be a form of investment when managing a protected person's estate? Can a BDBN be made?
