Great stories to steal, but also real education

If you think Stuart Baker is too right wing, why not name a comparably informed, experienced and funny lefty - you might get a coveted coffee cup.

The latest “blockchain takes over” item, without Stuart, would count as a brilliant law school, continuing legal education and start-up VC course - after the first audit, my notes for the second third ran pages. “Token” offerings are huge offshore, and the team gave a serious, accessible and brilliant survey.

If you notice the odd 203 and 230, you may be ahead of serious journalists. Cyber law makes these obvious, in context, and after a few casts, you will likely follow even if you don’t take notes and google.

So much deeper than journalists get

This podcast takes a deep look at legal and tech issues that many journalists don’t understand.

Good depth — biased commentary

I enjoy the depth of the conversation on the law and issues. However, a blatant bias combines with a failure to provide a well-rounded viewpoint from the other side, seeing that law and policy aren’t black and white, to reduce the impact of the conversation.
