Direct and actionable

No nonsense practical advice and insight into optimizing your daily routine and workout discipline. The presenter lives what he promotes and does a great job at concisely sharing his experience as well as other valid strategies and practices to enhance your workout performance and overall efficiency. Episodes are well structured and contain as much useful information in 30 minutes as other long form 3 hour podcast shows.

Getting unstuck

I’m not the typical listener, 38 yr old mother of 2 girls, full time chef and double time wife. I needed some words to get me out of the daily grind, daily coasting. I want things, as far as fitness and health goes. To get the results I want, I need more discipline.

Josh’s thoughts and tips on discipline has been incredibly impactful. I just started listening from the beginning about two weeks ago and find myself wanting more. Looking forward to future recordings.
