It seems that "mental health" is a new scapegoat term that will be used when anything bad happens in our society. This isn't to say that it's not TRUE, but it's another thing to simply say, without any coherent plan to solve the issue. We in the SwoleFam know that food choices, training, meditation, community and ALL 7 Pillars are the foundation for a healthy life. If only more people invested in the basics and in themselves, rather than looking outwards for answers.
