Small loss of content from the move to I heart radio

I take Dan and the boys with me when I run. I have found that the return from commercials is sometimes starting mid-sentence or after things like Play of the Day. And I do miss Arcade Fire on Fridays.

What’s up with Podcast availability?

Been listening since day 1 of this show. Best by far of all sports podcasts. In the past month or so, the podcasts show up at least 1.0 to 1.5 hours later than they have for me here on Pacific Time.
