I am a PhD candidate at the University of Edinburgh investigating the male classical ballet dancer. I was a professional ballet dancer for 20 years, dancing with the Australian Ballet, Béjart Ballet, Bayerischer Staatsballett, Ballet de l'Opéra National du Rhin.

A spiritual director, teacher and parish priest in England and the United States for over thirty years, Paul studied theology in Nottingham, Oxford, and New York, and dance in San Francisco and Manhattan. He believes that dance and prayer are very similar, there has to be a solid technique attained before any freedom whether in prayer or dance can happen.
