Nice

I love Tamora pierce I’ve read all of her books and own all of her audiobooks. Tammy herself has narrated the Alanna series so to your question on the pronunciation of Ralon of Malvin it is pronounced Ral lan it rhymes with malvin. I really like this podcast so far if your looking for Tamora pierce insight you should definitely listen to this first series on audible at the end of for sure this book but I think all four of them she has mini interviews Aldo she has a website and a Facebook page. Love that someone wanted to do a podcast on my favorite author!!!

High praise for this podcast

Kayla and Samantha look at the Tortallan world of Tamora Pierce as a historian and a lawyer would look at a different culture. That sounds very dry, but this podcast is anything but that. The hosts, one a long time fan and the other a novice to Tortall, bring wit, humor, and novel insights to one of my favorite fantasy worlds. I am really looking forward to when they get to the Beka Cooper books (Terrier, Bloodhound, and Mastiff) because of the deep history of Tortall and the inner workings of the legal system in them.

Love it!

I’m usually not that into podcasts but this one has me hooked! As a longtime fan of Tamora Pierce’s books, it’s so fun to hear these gals discuss my favorite series, the one I read first as a kid. They both bring such interesting ideas and perspectives, such that I end up walking away with new thoughts even though I’ve read the alanna books at least 5 times all the way through. Plus, they’re just super fun to listen to! Definitely worth a listen for any Tamora Pierce fan, or anyone who wants to read along to a really great fantasy series!!!
