She saw gaps in the traditional healthcare industry that limits most people from reaching and sustaining their health goals through lifestyle & behavior change. Danielle aims to help you understand and apply the concepts of mindset, metabolism, nutrition, and fitness by decoding complex science and best practices into easy-to-understand and apply concepts. She’s committed to sharing the knowledge & experience she’s gained over more than a decade in the health industry in a non-judgemental and friendly way.

Dani Abel has her nursing background and science to back up her information. She is funny, witty and throws in a few cuss words for added humor. She shares her knowledge on exercise, nutrition, and her own personal fitness journey ….
