My #1 Favorite Podcast

After 4500+ hours of podcast listening, I found the Deal Room podcast and it has moved to the absolute top of my list. The host, Joanna Oakey, asks super intelligent questions to her super intelligent guests in the world of business sales, Mergers and Acquisitions, and all things related to growing, organizing, improving, and preparing businesses specifically to sell them. This is what the eMyth podcast *should* be! Absolutely fantastic. To be fair, I am a business owner, that business happens to be a residential real estate firm, and I've just begun taking on business sales -- so this podcast is very "meta" for me. I could literally listen to every show, then go back and do it again. Thanks for the great work Ms. Oakey! PLEASE don't change a thing!

Useful information

This is a decent series with some good information, but the interviewer has a habit of cackling at the interviewee to the point of making this irritating beyond reason! Cackling at non jokes is not amusing...
