If you have struggled with body image and your relationship with food, this podcast is an invaluable resource! Jessi is relatable and has incredible advice geared to help you understand your struggles and provide you with tools to heal. Inspiring and Motivating

The Dear Body podcast has answered so many of my questions about personal eating habits, basic nutrition, and taught how to love myself through the process of change. Jessi Jean reminded me that the struggles I have been battling for years don’t define me, they create an opportunity for growth.
