In another episode of The Dewiest, I got to speak with Dalina Soto, aka Your Latina Nutirionsit, on IG and TikTok. Dalina also host a podcast called Break the Diet Cycle alongside RDN Melissa Landry. Dalina has been a Dietician for over eight years and has spent her career working with BIPOC to "build nourishing new narratives that don't include depriving ourselves of the foods we grew up eating." In this episode, we discuss how to navigate diet culture, still eat the food you grew up with, and shift your mindset around what health means.
