Coaching and therapy are not the same. Coaching is a forward-looking approach; it is not only the recognition of our circumstances and how they affect us but also working on what to do or how to change. Coaching is forwarding the action of fruitful information. It is not to say therapy isn’t essential to gaining self-awareness.
