36: How to configure WordPress
In this episode, I want to share with you how to configure WordPress. When WordPress is done installing, it is a fully functional website. But, it is setup to be a blog and has some sample content. To configure WordPress for your own website, you probably want to delete this sample content. Then, there are a number of helpful configurations to do in the Settings area. Finally, I will demonstrate how to delete the sample content and adjust the default settings.

35: How to update WordPress
In this episode, I want to share with you how to update WordPress. WordPress is a piece of software and needs to be updated regularly for fixes and new features. Fortunately, WordPress has an easy 1-click process to update WordPress along with themes and plugins. It is a good idea to backup the website files and database first. WordPress will automatically update if there is a security update. If you want, you can configure WordPress to auto-update. Finally, I will demonstrate how to update WordPress using the 1-click process. I will also show how to configure auto-updates.

34: How to send email reliably from WordPress website
In this episode, I want to share with you how to send email reliably from a WordPress website. By default, WordPress sends email using the built-in functions of the programming language it was built with. The issue is that any emails WordPress sends could look like spam since the email didn't come from the email server for that domain name. The solution is to use an email protocol called SMTP to send the email. This can be configured using a WordPress plugin called WP Mail SMTP. Finally, I will demonstrate how to install WP Mail SMTP and configure it on a WordPress website. I hope you enjoy it.
