Love it

Listening to these two sisters talk is like talking about Buffy with my own hilarious sisters. They're a lot of fun to listen to. The premise is basically ignoring any criticism of out-of-world factors of the show, such as production, acting, writing, or special effects and focusing only on the in-world. So no writing anything off as a retcon but treating everything as intentional. I think they are a little too committed to forcing the metaphors to go where they maybe should not (Xander is not ALWAYS acting as the heart, etc...), but this results in really interesting perspectives I haven't heard over and over again. They also keep everything super positive. All in all, it adds up to a breath of fresh air in the Buffy fandom. I'll be subscribing!

Interesting Perspectives!

This is one of two Buffy-centric Podcasts that I am currently subscribed to. I love the perspective this podcast brings. The concept that everything in the Buffy-verse was perfectly planned as a whole from the beginning casts the happenings in a different light than merely disecting each individual episode. I enjoy the way the characters are viewed as individuals as well as parts of Buffy's psyche, and as I am absolutely clueless about costuming, I find the discussion of wardrobe choices particularly enlightening. Thanks to both of" the Sisters Tuckett" for this great podcast!
