Loving this Laundry Pod-cast! Great first episode! Can’t wait to hear more about the inspiring people and stories that make Laundry Love so special! I work with homeless students and families and currently researching to start a laundry love in my area! Feeling even more inspired!

Nice to hear that this group has been serving people for 12 years! Would like to have heard how they raise funds to maintain, and how they have practiced social distancing throughout the pandemic. Laundry Love does provide a practical solution to providing people a way to have clean clothes, but once you begin having returning patrons then you really begin to establish relationships that perhaps are beyond your own scope. Knowing that many of these individuals/families have multiple needs from laundry to food, shelter, and medical and mental health. It is valuable to understand the resources available in our communities to be able to be the advocates that I sensed in this podcast that this group is trying to be. Thank you again for this presentation. Our Laundry Love group is beginning its 3rd year, and we find that during this pandemic year we have been able to increase our work, and yet also provide assistance in other ways to our vulnerable population. It is wonderful to be able to share our stories.
