Insightfully curios and relatable

Love this show to dig down into ourselves. Heavy topics are handled in a really curious and insightful way. Keep it up!

Gratitude

That is the word that comes to mind when I saw Meister share this new project. Working as a mental health counselor, one component of my vocation is to nurture vulnerability: to encourage vulnerability in the lives of the people I see and explore the meaningful connections we have. However, I have been reflecting a bit on the hypocritical aspects of myself, as vulnerability is something that I, too, need to nurture in myself in my private life. As I grant permission for the painful challenge to lay oneself bare, I am grateful to feel like I have permission to be more vulnerable (if I will be less stubborn 😆). Thank you, Meister. I deeply appreciate your work, courage, and all around personhood. I have never had a conversation with you, but from your display of yourself in social media, in podcasts, etc., I appreciate your commitment to and modeling vulnerability, authenticity, and genuineness.
