Answering the Call to Serve
In this episode I speak with Sherronda Preston, a gifted intuitive and channeler of an Ancient and beautiful light language. We talk about her challenging journey through physical illness and how she learned to listen to divine guidance as she discovered her blessed abilities to serve.
If you have ever felt disoriented or confused by your experiences, you will probably relate to aspects of her story.
We are also graced with a powerful message that truly left me with chills on my skin and tears in my eyes. This episode is full of wisdom and I am SO excited to share it with you. Also as a result of our conversation we have discovered the need to collaborate with Sacred Sounds, so be on the lookout for that very soon.

Discovering Home Within Yourself
In this episode, I speak with Laura Christine. As a woman of many talents she is a singer/songwriter, yoga teacher, and a life and relationship coach. She has a bright glowing energy and a beautiful voice that will encourage you to live with joy.
When I spoke with Laura she was on a cross country journey that is mirroring her spiritual inquiry and we talk about how they relate to each other.
We also discuss how she chooses to follow the lightest path, the process of finding where and how to feel at home at all times, and how to release the anxiety that comes from having attachment to the outcomes of our decisions.

Healing Through Sound
Welcome to the newly rebranded Divine Journey Podcast. In this episode, I speak with Dustin Borlack. A professional musician and sound healer along the Emerald Coast here in Florida. Dustin is a good friend who has collaborated on a number of projects including creating the opening audio track for this show.
We discuss the healing qualities of sound, how to process deep emotions through music, and we introduce the science of sound healing. The information is easy to understand for beginners, while also providing some gold nuggets for more seasoned practitioners.

Rediscovering an African Identity - Part 2
Welcome back to part 2 of our conversation on Rediscovering an African Identity with my co-host Dhani-Sinaan.
In this episode, I ask him about the terms "Black" vs "African American" and is there a preference between the two. We introduce you to a powerful book that documents the personal experiences of one man as he lives through the atrocities of the Trans-Atlantic slave trade. And we begin to explore the complexities of the critical race theory debate.
You will begin to see just how complex these issues are and how it will require each of us to take ownership of our reactions in order to create bridges that can bring communities together.
I encourage you to listen with an open heart and mind. Embrace the moments when you have a knee jerk reaction to something that we say, and then consciously explore those reactions for yourself with grace and authenticity.
