DnA Foodcast Episode 38: Puerto Rican Shrimp Soup

DnA Foodcast Episode 38: Puerto Rican Shrimp Soup

This week's recipe isn't so much a soup as it is more a kind of dirty rice concoction backed by plump shrimp and hearty potatoes. One thing is certain about our pal Shimmy's recipe: you won't walk away without a full belly and pleasant disposition afterward.

DnA Foodcast Episode 37: Pepper Goat Veggie Sandwiches

DnA Foodcast Episode 37: Pepper Goat Veggie Sandwiches

This recipe comes from Alex C, a quick and easy pepper-based open-face concoction packing the flavor and crunch. Think of it as a variation on the traditional bruschetta -- instead of predominant tomato taste, you've got peppers, garlic and creamy, smooth goat's cheese. Enjoy!

DnA Foodcast Episode 36: Mac and Cheese

We'll be honest: this week's show is kind of a train wreck. Nobody gets hurt, mind you, just without proper instruction, Alexander and Dave are pretty lost when trying to prepare this recipe from Dave's Aunt Beth. Then the panic sets in -- luckily for them (and hopefully you, too!) the recipe turns out to be pretty darn tasty in the end.

DnA Foodcast Episode 35: Easy Chili

This week, the boy's tackle Richard's easy chili recipe, a dish that sounds as easy as it's titled. In short, it's a bunch of great fresh ingredients dumped into a pot, left to simmer in their own juices. It's like a piping hot sauna of delicious that you eat with your mouth!

DnA Foodcast Episode 34: Jalapeno Poppers

DnA Foodcast Episode 34: Jalapeno Poppers

This week's recipe comes courtesy of Dave's cousin, Kristen. It's a different take on the traditional Jalapeno Poppers recipe -- no frying, no breading and an addition of parmesan and crumbled sausage help this variation stand out. If you're anything like Alexander, you'll be in love after your first bite.

DnA Foodcast Episode 33: Chicken Cordon Bleu

This week, the guys prepare a gooey, comforting dish submitted by listener Stephanie: Chicken Cordon Bleu. Alexander and Dave take different approaches to the recipe originating from Stephanie's grandmom, but in the end the road only leads to one place: Delicioustown. Enjoy!

Best Cooking Podcast On The Internets!

I haven't cooked a single one of their recipes but the day I decide to cook some food alongside two podcasters, it will definitely be alongside Dave and Alexander! I feel like I know these two personally. I miss this show. Looking forward to the reunion!!

Definitely 5 stars

This is my first review for this podcast.
Is there a way to delete reviews that don't five it 5 stars? These guys aren't very good cooks - just like me! I don't have much knowledge of cooking.. But I found it to be fun and hilarious! Especially when they eat the food at the end. Chewing with their mouth open, smacking theit lips, moaning (saucy!!), etc. I'm convinced that most of the reviews on here agree with me.

I really enjoy the show; I've been listening to you guys for quite a while via X3F(RIP) and I am glad I finally decided to give this show a listen. Keep up the great work!
