So Much Fun

Giving this podcasts 5 stars because I adore the recaps/discussions of older episodes AND love listening to them review the new episodes. Even if I disagree with their opinions on it! (Not always, but even so, they are always well-argued and I trust that by the end of the episode I’ll understand where they’re coming from.) A great way to get to really know the whole franchise! Plus how could you not love Nick’s Moffat impression? I’ve started using it in my everyday life. And I’m not sorry, no matter how confused my coworkers looked

Best

This is a really really great. This is the only podcast I listen to on even a semi-regular basis and I'm alway eagar for new episodes. Listening to this caused me to watch all of classic doctor who. I really like the fun and positive tone and how each person always has a slightly differnt persepective on differnt aspects of the episode. I'm so glad this exists.

This one is fun!

An unpredictable and satisfying blend of serious and silly. This one is fun!

There are plenty of no nonsense podcasts for fans of Doctor Who out there, most of which have extended run times... this isn't one of them. There's a place and a time for in depth discussion, but sometimes there's not... this podcast fills that void.

I wouldn't call Cassandra a fangirl anymore than I would call Scott or Nick a fanboy because they don't strike me as Doctor Who apologists. Serious knowledgeable Whovians? Yes.

I connect with their take on whatever they may be discussing a number of ways... sometimes with a simple nod, occasionally with an inaudible 'Yep' and other times by laughing out loud... so far this particular reaction, laughing out loud, hasn't occurred at an inopportune time, like when I'm alone out in public where others may wonder what I'm up to, especially since it isn't readily obvious I'm listening to the podcast as I play it on my iPhone which is hidden in my pocket, paired with wireless bluetooth earbuds.

You'll hear parody, impressions, pop culture crossovers, serious reflection, satire, predictions, song and more on The Doctor's Companion. But don't take my word for it, give them a listen.
