    How do you make decisions on what you work on. On this episode I walk you thought the process of deciding on what to do. If you want to change your life you have to change something you do daily. The goal is not to randomly just be reactive and let your day control you. The goal is to move closer to your goal everyday. 

    Do you have a clear goal? Do you have an effort metric that you can track daily that is moving closer to your goal? As a real estate agent who wants to get more listings. You need to get clear on the activities that you do daily that create the most leverage and value.

    For me it's working on systems, content, and iterating on the offer. 

    The hard part about growing your real estate business is managing the present and the future. Be proactive and intentional about what you say "YES" and "No" too.
